GARLIC ONION JAM

The onion chutney from aromatic, caramelized onions convinces with its slightly sweet note. Refined with selected red onions and the best balsamic vinegar, the fruity flavor goes great with the Wagyu Burger.

Stonewall Kitchen's Roasted Garlic Onion Jam is one of the founders' very first specialties. It all started with a market stall at the local Farmers Market: this is where Jim Stott and Jonathan King first sold their "homemade specialties" - that was in 1991. In the meantime, the small market stall has turned into a considerable business. The exquisite jams and barbecue sauces, all of which are completely organic, receive nominations and awards year after year. The Roasted Garlic Onion Jam, for example, has already won the sofi Award, the "Oscar for food", twice.

Pure cane sugar, onion(28%), fruit pectin (water, firming agent: pectin), roasted garlic(4%), balsamic vinegar (contains sulfite) (wine vinegar, grape must, color: sugar caramel), distilled vinegar, water, acidifier: citric acid, spices.
