Stonewall Kitchen's Roasted Garlic Onion Jam is one of the founders' very first specialties. It all started with a market stall at the local Farmers Market: this is where Jim Stott and Jonathan King first sold their "homemade specialties" - that was in 1991. In the meantime, the small market stall has turned into a considerable business. The exquisite jams and barbecue sauces, all of which are completely organic, receive nominations and awards year after year. The Roasted Garlic Onion Jam, for example, has already won the sofi Award, the "Oscar for food", twice.
