If you buy high-quality Wagyu meat and are looking for a healthy diet, you should make sure you use the right salt. Coarse sea salt is best. Compared to industrial salt, coarse salt from Murray River coarse salt contains more minerals and the pure salt content is lower, which contributes to a mild taste experience.
